You’re stretching your psoas wrong!

Unfortunately incorrect technique when stretching your hip flexors (illiopsoas) can result in stretching of your anterior hip capsule which can put extra stress through your labrum and possibly alter your intracapsular arthrokinetics.

Follow these easy steps to make sure youre stretching the right structures

  • Knee at 90 degress, hips at 180 degrees

  • Squeeze your glute

  • You should feel a stretch through your hip

  • Reach up an stretch through the anterior myofascial connection

  • Hold for 20 secs, repeat three times a day

  • Enjoy a larger range of motion
