Dr Kimberley Myer (Osteo/Founder)

Kimberley is a running-focused osteopath and founder of MMO, passionate about helping runners stay injury-free, perform at their best, and keep doing what they love.

With a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Osteopathy from Victoria University, plus additional training in running assessments, Clinical Pilates and Level 1 Pelvic Health, Kimberley takes an individualised, evidence-informed approach to every runner she works with.

Since founding MMO in 2017, Kimberley has developed a clinic focused on achieving great outcomes — not just getting you out of pain, but understanding why the injury happened and what needs to change to keep you running.

Whether you're dealing with a niggle, returning from injury, increasing your training load, or preparing for your next 5km, half marathon or marathon, Kimberley will work with you to build a clear plan to get you running confidently again.

She loves the process of getting runners from injury back to the start line — stronger, more confident and ready to run.

Dr Rebecca Colak (Osteo)

Rebecca is a golf and sports-focused osteopath passionate about helping golfers move better, play better, and stay injury-free. She takes a practical, individualised approach to understanding how mobility, strength and movement can influence your golf performance.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science in Osteopathy from Victoria University, along with qualifications in mat and reformer Pilates. Her experience as a sports trainer at Chelsea Football Club has also given her a strong background in sporting injuries and rehabilitation.

With a focus on golf-related pain, movement and performance, Rebecca combines hands-on treatment, dry needling and personalised exercise programs to help you build the capacity to play at your best.

Dr Zara Phillips (Osteo)

Zara is an osteopath with a special interest in running injuries and pelvic health, helping women understand their bodies, manage pain, and keep doing the activities they love.

With a background as a registered nurse for 9 years, specialising in emergency care, gynaecology and fertility, Zara brings a strong understanding of women’s health to her osteopathic care. She has also completed further training in pelvic health, an area she is particularly passionate about.

Zara takes a practical, individualised approach, combining hands-on treatment with personalised exercise and rehabilitation. She particularly enjoys working with runners to understand the factors contributing to pain or injury, build strength and confidence, and support a safe return to running.

Whether you're dealing with a running injury, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related changes, or looking to better understand your pelvic health, Zara provides supportive, evidence-informed care tailored to your goals.

Dr Janina (Osteo)

Janina is an experienced osteopath with a special interest in pregnancy, women’s health and Pilates-based rehabilitation. She enjoys helping patients stay strong, comfortable and active through all stages of pregnancy and beyond.

With a focus on individualised care, Janina combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with personalised exercise and Pilates to support changing bodies, manage pain and improve movement.

Whether you're experiencing pregnancy-related aches and pains, preparing for birth, returning to exercise postpartum, or simply looking to move better, Janina works with you to create a treatment and exercise plan that suits your body and goals.

Her approach is supportive, practical and focused on helping you feel strong, confident and comfortable throughout your journey.

If you're all about staying active and unleashing your body's potential, you've come to the right place.

 

In between earning my Bachelor of Biomed, Bachelor of Osteopathy and Master of Osteopathy degrees, my journey has taken me through the exhilarating world of professional sports.

 

I've worked as a Sports Trainer for renowned AFL clubs including Collingwood and Melbourne, and my current focus is with Melbourne Football Club.  I also work with Elite tennis players for the Australian Open, the ODI Australian Cricket team, A-League soccer and NRL teams.

 

Working with elite athletes has honed my skills in performance management, hands-on treatment, dry needling, and rehabilitation.

 

The invaluable experience of collaborating with top mentors in the sports arena fuels my excitement to help you achieve your peak health potential.

I've been a professional dancer, trained in various dance styles. This unique dance background equips me with specialized insights into biomechanics and common conditions in the dancing world.

Chloe Remedial Massage

Chloe has completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage. 

Chloe is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals find relief from physical discomfort and emotional stress. She understands the importance of personalized care and takes the time to listen to her clients' specific needs and concerns. With her extensive knowledge of various massage techniques, Chloe is able to tailor each session accordingly. Using a blend of gentle and firm pressure, Chloe applies techniques such as deep tissue massage, Dry Needling, and cupping therapy to address areas of tension and promote relaxation. She is attentive to her clients' comfort throughout the session and welcomes open communication to ensure a positive experience.  By promoting the body's natural healing processes and releasing endorphins,  With Chloe's expertise and dedication to her clients' wellness, she aims to leave each individual feeling restored, revitalised, and ready

Kat Remedial Massage

Kat is a remedial massage therapist with a special interest in neck and shoulder pain, helping clients reduce tension, improve movement, and feel their best. She takes a personalised approach to treatment, tailoring each session to the individual and their specific goals. Kat is currently furthering her skills by studying to become a myotherapist, expanding her knowledge of the body and rehabilitation. Whether you're dealing with tight muscles, ongoing neck and shoulder tension, or simply need help recovering from training, Kat is focused on providing effective, targeted treatment to help you move and feel better.

Ella Ryan Nutrition

Ella is a qualified nutritionist with a passion for helping people feel their best from the inside out. She have a special interest in gut health and holistic wellbeing, supporting the connection between digestion, energy, mood, immunity and overall health.

Ella also offers blood testing and nutritional blood analysis, using relevant results to help identify potential nutritional deficiencies and areas that may benefit from further dietary support. This allows us to take a more personalised approach to your nutrition and wellbeing.

Before becoming a nutritionist, Ella completed a Bachelor degree in Criminology and Psychology, giving me a strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and the connection between the mind and body. Ella  recognises that lasting change isn't just about what we eat - it's also about our habits, behaviours and relationship with food.

Ellas goal is to help you build a positive relationship with food, support your gut health and create sustainable habits that fit into your life. Through evidence-based nutrition, personalised guidance and a realistic approach, I’ll help you feel nourished, confident and at your best.
