Nutritional Cooking

My
Story

I am a qualified nutritionist with a passion for helping people feel their best from the inside out. I have a special interest in gut health, because I believe the gut truly is our second brain,  it influences not only our digestion, but also our mood, energy, immunity, and overall wellbeing.

Before becoming a nutritionist, I completed a Bachelor degree in Criminology and Psychology, which gave me a deep understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and the powerful connection between the mind and body. This background allows me to approach nutrition with empathy and insight, recognising that lasting change isn’t just about what we eat, but our behaviours as well.

My mission is to help you create a positive relationship with food, support your gut, and create balance that feels sustainable and enjoyable. Through evidence-based nutrition and a compassionate, realistic approach, I guide my clients towards feeling nourished, confident, and the best they can be!

Initial Consult (60mins)

During your initial consultation, we will take a deep dive into your overall health and wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore your main health concerns, medical history, lifestyle habits, and current diet. We’ll also review key body systems and set realistic, achievable goals to guide your health journey.

From there, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs — including nutritional recommendations, lifestyle support, and supplementation if needed. A 7-day meal plan can also be provided upon request to help you get started with confidence.

  • Pathology testing may be required to investigate any nutritional deficiencies.

  • $130 (private health debatable)

Follow up Consult

Follow-up consultations are designed to support and guide you as you put your personalised plan into action. During these sessions, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges, and make adjustments to ensure your plan continues to suit your needs and goals.

If pathology testing was recommended, we’ll take the time to review and discuss your results in detail, helping you understand what they mean and how they relate to your health journey.

7 day Meal Plan

Sometimes the hardest part of the day is simply deciding what to eat! That’s where I come in.

By filling out a quick questionnaire about your food preferences and habits, I can create a personalised, nutritious weekly meal plan to keep you feeling nourished and organised all week long.

Pathology Testing

Nutritional reference ranges differ from standard pathology ranges, as they use a narrower scope to help identify early imbalances before they become bigger issues. Specific supplementation will be recommended to address any deficiencies which are present.  If you have recent pathology results, you’re welcome to send them through and we can review and discuss them together during a consultation.

If necessary an initial nutrition consult may be recommended to get a greater understanding on why deficiencies may be occurring.
